Motorcyclist Rides to Raise Money for Families of Fallen Officers
The Hoka Hey Motorcycle Challenge began as a celebration of the Lakota Sioux warrior spirit and has a mission to raise awareness for social issues. It's a 10,000-mile journey on the open road that tests riders' physical, mental, and emotional fortitude. In 2020, the bi-annual event raised over $500,000 for nonprofit organizations across the nation.
Avid motorcyclist and supporter of law enforcement, Dustyn Monismith, has pledged to ride for Band of Blue. Funds generated from Dustyn's completion of this challenge will help Band of Blue further our mission of creating once-in-a-lifetime experiences for families of fallen officers.
We are so grateful to Dustyn for thinking of our organization and look forward to tracking his progress! The 2022 Hoka Hey Challenge kicks off in the Black Hills of South Dakota on June 26, 2022.
All proceeds of this fundraiser will go to Band of Blue. Thank you for your support!
